1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using ReviewHub ("the Bot"), the ReviewHub website at reviewhubs.info ("the Website"), or any related services (collectively "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access or use our Service.

These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including server administrators, reviewers, and visitors to the Website.

2. Description of Service

ReviewHub is a Discord bot and web platform that enables server communities to collect, manage, and display user reviews, vouches, and feedback. The Service includes:

A Discord bot for submitting, managing, and displaying reviews and vouches
A web-based Control Panel for server configuration
Public user profile pages displaying review history and trust scores
A Discover page for searching and browsing user profiles
Premium features available through voting or paid plans
Custom Bot ordering service

The Service is provided as-is with no guarantees of uptime or availability.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. By using ReviewHub, you represent and warrant that you meet the minimum age requirement and are fully able to agree to these Terms.

Server administrators are responsible for ensuring their members meet the minimum age requirements for using Discord and the Service.

4. User Responsibilities

When using ReviewHub, you agree to:

Comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
Use the Service in a manner that does not violate any applicable laws or regulations
Not submit, collect, or display harmful, abusive, defamatory, or illegal content
Not attempt to disrupt or compromise the Service's functionality or security
Not use the Service to discriminate against, harass, or impersonate others
Not abuse the rating system with fake, misleading, or spam reviews
Not attempt to manipulate trust scores or review statistics
Not scrape, crawl, or automatically extract data from the Website

5. Content and Reviews

Server administrators are responsible for moderating reviews and feedback collected through the Bot. ReviewHub does not actively monitor review content but reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms.

By submitting a review or vouch through ReviewHub, you affirm that:

Your submission is truthful and based on your actual experience
You own the content of your submission or have permission to share it
Your submission does not violate the privacy or rights of others
Your submission does not contain illegal, harmful, or abusive content

6. Content License and Public Visibility

By submitting a review, vouch, or any other content through the Service, you grant ReviewHub a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute that content through the Service, including:

Displaying reviews in Discord channels via the Bot
Displaying reviews on public profile pages on the Website
Displaying your username, avatar, and review data on the Discover page
Including your data in aggregated statistics and trust scores

Important: Reviews, usernames, ratings, and associated profile information are publicly visible on the Website. Anyone can search for a Discord user by username or user ID and view their review history, trust score, and profile information without logging in.

This license persists for as long as the content remains on the Service. You may request removal of your content at any time (see Section 14).

7. Avatar and Profile Picture Usage

By using ReviewHub, you consent to the following regarding your Discord profile picture (avatar):

Your avatar may be downloaded from Discord and stored on our servers for the purpose of displaying it alongside your reviews
Your avatar will be displayed in Discord embeds when reviews are posted
Your avatar may be displayed on the Website, including profile pages and the Discover page
Stored avatars are associated with your reviews and retained for the lifetime of the review

If you change your Discord avatar, previously stored copies may still be displayed alongside older reviews. You may request deletion of stored avatars by contacting us.

8. Premium and Paid Services

8.1 Vote Premium

Users may receive temporary Premium benefits (unlimited reviews for 24 hours) by voting for ReviewHub on top.gg. Vote Premium is provided at no cost and resets after 24 hours. ReviewHub is not responsible for any issues with the top.gg voting platform.

8.2 Paid Premium

Paid Premium ($15 lifetime) grants permanent unlimited reviews for your server. All payments are final. Refunds are issued solely at ReviewHub's discretion. Premium benefits are tied to the server, not the purchasing user.

8.3 Custom Bot Service

Custom Bot orders are subject to separate pricing and terms communicated during the ordering process. By submitting a Custom Bot request, you agree to provide accurate contact information (including email) and understand that delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees.

9. Server Claiming and Review Transfers

The Service allows server administrators to claim their servers for backup protection and transfer reviews between servers. By using these features:

You represent that you have legitimate administrative authority over the server
You understand that review transfers are permanent and cannot be reversed
You accept responsibility for any consequences of transferring reviews
ReviewHub is not liable for any disputes arising from server claims or transfers

10. Intellectual Property

ReviewHub and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ReviewHub's operators and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without prior written consent.

11. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ReviewHub, its operators, or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, reputation, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

Your use of or inability to use the Service
Any content obtained from or submitted through the Service
Unauthorized access to or use of our servers or databases
Service interruptions, bugs, or errors
Reviews, ratings, or trust scores displayed about you
Actions taken by server administrators using the Service

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ReviewHub and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

13. Modifications to the Service

ReviewHub reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

14. Content Removal

You may request removal of your reviews and associated data at any time by:

Asking a server administrator to delete specific reviews using the /deletereview command
Contacting us through our Discord support server for complete data removal

ReviewHub also reserves the right to remove any content at its sole discretion, including content that violates these Terms, Discord's policies, or applicable law.

15. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

16. Third-Party Services

ReviewHub integrates with and relies on third-party services including Discord, top.gg, and web hosting providers. Your use of the Service is also subject to Discord's Terms of Service. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of any third-party service.

17. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting us through our Discord support server. If informal resolution is not possible, disputes shall be resolved under the laws of the jurisdiction in which ReviewHub operates.

18. Changes to Terms

ReviewHub reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
