By accessing and using ReviewHub ("the Bot"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access or use our services.

2. Description of Service

ReviewHub is a Discord bot that enables server communities to collect, manage, and display user reviews and feedback. The service is provided as-is with no guarantees of uptime or availability.

Server administrators are responsible for moderating reviews and feedback collected through the Bot. As a service provider, ReviewHub does not actively monitor review content but reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms.

By submitting a review through ReviewHub, you affirm that:

Your review is truthful and based on your actual experience
You own the content of your review or have permission to share it
Your review does not violate the privacy or rights of others
Your review does not contain illegal, harmful, or abusive content

5. Intellectual Property

ReviewHub and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ReviewHub's operators and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ReviewHub, its operators, or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

Your use of or inability to use the Bot
Any content obtained from the Bot
Unauthorized access to or use of our servers or databases
Service interruptions, bugs, or errors

7. Modifications to the Service

ReviewHub reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the service (or any part thereof) with or without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.

8. Changes to Terms

ReviewHub reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Bot after any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

9. Third-Party Services

ReviewHub integrates with Discord and may link to or utilize other third-party services. Use of such third-party services may be subject to additional terms and conditions not covered by these Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Bot immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Bot will cease immediately.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ReviewHub operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
